Saolatek and FPT Sign Strategic Partnership for Low-Altitude Economy Development
Saolatek and FPT sign a strategic cooperation agreement to develop a smart drone ecosystem, aiming to boost the Low-Altitude Economy (LAE) in Vietnam.
HCMC - Saolatek and FPT officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, focusing on developing a smart drone ecosystem and creating a Low-Altitude Economy (LAE) in Vietnam.
The event marks an important turning point in the strategy of both sides as they aim for deep technology integration, upgrading Make in Vietnam drone products, and promoting the commercialization of domestic UAV solutions.
Saolatek - FPT strategic cooperation focuses on the following priorities:
- Integrating AI and Big Data into autonomous drone platforms
- Promoting the commercialization of UAV solutions in logistics, agriculture, and transportation
- Expanding the presence of Make in Vietnam products in potential markets
"That is a strong commitment to jointly create the future," said Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - CEO of Saolatek at the ceremony, confirming that combining Saolatek's hardware and aerodynamic strength with FPT's technology platform will create a major breakthrough.
From the partner's perspective, Mr. Vu Anh Tu - Director of FPT UAV said that FPT will embed Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data deeply into the autonomous machines developed by Saolatek. This strategy aims to solve the most complex problems in logistics, agriculture, and urban transportation.
"We not only cooperate technologically but also solve the most difficult practical problems together, where drones can create distinct value," the FPT representative emphasized.
Saolatek and FPT agreed to take action right in the first phase, focusing on integrating software solutions onto Saolatek's hardware platforms. The two sides also promote bringing Make in Vietnam products to potential markets and organizing professional drone tournaments to nurture technology talent.
In the context of the Low Altitude Economy becoming a global trend, the application of drones in logistics, delivery, agriculture, and surveillance is increasingly expanding.
Saolatek and FPT expect this cooperation to contribute to boosting UAV technology infrastructure in Vietnam, while creating products and solutions with high competitiveness in the international market.
Besides product development, the cooperation model also aims to build an innovation ecosystem, where Vietnamese technology enterprises join hands to create the future for the domestic drone industry.
