Saolatek Proudly Joins the Vietnam Low-Altitude Economy Partnership (LAEP) at the Dien Bien Investment Promotion Conference 2026
Saolatek exhibited alongside the LAEP Partnership at the Dien Bien Investment Promotion Conference 2026, showcasing optimized UAV solutions for highland agricultural development.
On the morning of May 11, 2026, at the Dien Bien Investment Promotion Conference 2026 themed 'Dien Bien – A Strategic Destination for Investment,' Saolatek was honored to exhibit alongside key partners of the Vietnam Low-Altitude Economy Partnership (LAEP).
The conference was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Nguyễn Văn Thắng along with over 1,200 delegates from diplomatic agencies, business associations, and leading domestic and international enterprises.
Saolatek proudly introduces two strategic UAV solutions:
- S1100 Drone: Professional rescue drone, 10kg payload, equipped with searchlights, loudspeakers, and cargo release mechanism.
- DevKit 550: Ultra-light carbon frame, comprehensive solution for R&D and training.
LAEP – chaired by FPT Group and joined by VinaCapital, Saolatek, and various tech startups – was officially launched in October 2025, marking a major milestone for Vietnam's UAV industry.
In Dien Bien, UAV applications in agriculture are considered a 'golden opportunity' to turn rugged mountainous terrain into a competitive advantage. With 70% of cultivated area being slopes, UAVs help reduce spraying time from 4 hours to just 10 minutes/ha and significantly increase seeding and fertilizing productivity.
The presence of LAEP at Dien Bien demonstrates the Partnership's strategic vision in co-creating new value and supporting local development.
We have observed significant interest from provincial leaders and investors, particularly in realizing green growth goals and applying high technology to sustainable agriculture.
As a member of the UAV ecosystem at the Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP), Saolatek is proud to work alongside FPT, Gremsy, HTI, and other major groups in connecting research, design, manufacturing, and deployment of low-altitude economic models tailored to mountainous and border regions. This conference not only reaffirmed Saolatek’s pioneering role together with LAEP in realizing the government’s low‑altitude economy strategy, but also created promising cooperation opportunities to help Dien Bien achieve double‑digit growth and become a national model for technology‑driven socio‑economic development.
