Operational safety
Complete equipment check
Check battery, propellers, sensors and RF connection before each flight. Ensure firmware is up to date.
Fly in permitted weather conditions
Do not fly when wind exceeds permitted levels, during heavy rain or in low visibility. Always check weather forecast before flying.
Comply with airspace regulations
Do not fly in no-fly zones, airports or military areas. Obtain permission from authorities before flying in restricted areas.
Only fly BVLOS with proper authorization
Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) flight may only be conducted after obtaining all necessary permits from CAAV and with backup communication systems operational.
Know how to handle emergency situations
Master Return-to-Home (RTH) procedures, emergency landing and motor cutoff. Always have a ground observer when flying.
